Terms of Service

By accessing or using BuildWithAION.com and any associated services (collectively, the "Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

AION AI is an AI-native operating system for building, training, deploying, orchestrating, and governing autonomous AI agents across business and defense environments. Services include AI agent development tools, training programs, community access, consulting marketplace, workflow automation, and related services. Features and availability may change without notice.

You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms. If you represent an organization, you confirm you have authority to bind that organization.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

All content, trademarks, and technology on the Platform are owned by AION or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written consent.

Payments for training, community memberships, and consulting services are processed through Stripe. All fees are in USD and are non-refundable except as described in our Sales and Refunds policy. Pricing is subject to change with notice.

The Kabinga AI Trading section of the Platform provides AI-generated market signals (buy/sell/hold flags), analytics, and simulated (paper) trading tools. By using these features you acknowledge and agree that: (a) all signals and analyses are generated by artificial intelligence for informational and educational purposes only and do not constitute investment advice, a recommendation, or an offer or solicitation to buy or sell any security, cryptocurrency, or currency; (b) neither AION, Kabinga AI, Aristocrat Capital LLC, nor any affiliate is a registered investment adviser or broker-dealer, or a member of FINRA or SIPC; (c) trading stocks, cryptocurrencies, and forex involves substantial risk of loss, leveraged products can produce losses exceeding your initial investment, and digital assets are not FDIC or SIPC protected; (d) past performance and backtested results do not guarantee future results; (e) AI output may be incomplete, outdated, or wrong, and you are solely responsible for your investment decisions; (f) your use of the Platform does not create any advisory, fiduciary, or brokerage relationship; and (g) all trade execution on the Platform is simulated paper trading — no real money is invested and no live orders are routed. Consult a licensed financial professional before making investment decisions.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless AION, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Platform or violation of these Terms.

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for any reason, including violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform ceases immediately.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in Dallas County, Texas.

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
