Payments

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and other payment methods supported by Stripe. All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD). All payments are final and non-refundable.

Training Programs

Training program fees are due at the time of enrollment. Full payment is required to secure your seat. Payment plans may be available for enterprise accounts upon request. All payments for training programs are final and non-refundable.

Community Memberships

Community memberships are billed on a recurring monthly or annual basis. You may cancel at any time; access continues through the end of your current billing period. All membership payments are final and non-refundable.

Refund Policy

All sales are final. Payments are non-refundable.

Training Programs: Requests for refunds will be declined since payments for training programs are non-refundable.

Community Memberships: All membership payments are non-refundable. You may cancel your membership at any time, but no refunds will be issued for any remaining portion of the billing period.

Consulting Services: All payments for consulting engagements are final and non-refundable.

Platform Subscriptions: All platform subscription payments are final and non-refundable.

For billing questions or concerns, email hello@buildwithaion.com with your full name, email address used for purchase, and transaction date. Our team will respond within 3 business days. Please note that all payments remain final and non-refundable.

Chargebacks

If you believe a charge is unauthorized, please contact us before initiating a chargeback with your bank. We are committed to resolving billing disputes promptly.
