Licensing

Platform License

AION grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the AION platform and its associated services in accordance with these terms and your subscription plan.

Scope of License

• Access to the AION AI Operating System based on your subscription tier
• Use of AI agents, workflows, and tools within the platform
• Access to training materials associated with your enrolled programs
• Participation in community features per your membership level

Restrictions

You may not: (a) sublicense, sell, or redistribute any AION platform access; (b) reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the platform; (c) use the platform to build a competing product or service; (d) exceed the usage limits of your subscription plan; (e) share access credentials with unauthorized parties.

Enterprise Licensing

Enterprise customers may negotiate custom licensing terms, volume discounts, and deployment options. Contact the AION team at hello@buildwithaion.com for enterprise licensing inquiries.

API Usage

API access is governed by your subscription tier and applicable rate limits. Commercial API use requires an active subscription. API documentation and terms are available upon request.

Termination

Licenses are valid for the duration of your active subscription. AION may revoke licenses for violations of these terms. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the platform.
