You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

All content, trademarks, and technology on the Platform are owned by Aristocrat Capital, LLC or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written consent.
Payments for consulting packages, estate planning, and AI advisory services are processed through Stripe. All fees are in USD and are non-refundable except as described in our Sales and Refunds policy. Pricing is subject to change with notice.
THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." ARISTOCRAT CAPITAL, LLC MAKES NO WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. NOTHING ON THIS WEBSITE CONSTITUTES FINANCIAL, TAX, LEGAL, OR INVESTMENT ADVICE.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ARISTOCRAT CAPITAL, LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO ARISTOCRAT CAPITAL, LLC IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Aristocrat Capital, LLC, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Platform or violation of these Terms.
We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for any reason, including violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform ceases immediately.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in Dallas County, Texas.
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
