This Sales and Refunds Policy outlines the terms applicable to purchases of services offered by Aristocrat Capital, LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By purchasing any of our services, you agree to the terms set forth below.
Services
Aristocrat Capital, LLC provides a range of professional financial services, including but not limited to: insurance solutions, retirement planning, estate planning, business funding, CFO advisory, premium finance services, private placement life insurance, business acquisition consulting, marketing & AI integration, and HR staffing agency placement.
Each service engagement is tailored to the specific needs of the client and may be governed by a separate service agreement or statement of work that supplements this policy.
Payment Terms
Payment for services is due at the time of purchase or as otherwise specified in your service agreement. We accept major credit cards, ACH transfers, and wire transfers. All prices are quoted in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated.
Refund Policy
All sales are final and non-refundable. Due to the nature of our professional services, once a service has been purchased and work has commenced, no refunds will be issued. By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree that you are not entitled to a refund under any circumstances.
If you believe there has been a billing error or have questions about a charge, please contact us within 30 days of the transaction. We will review your inquiry and, at our sole discretion, determine whether a credit or adjustment is warranted.
Cancellations
If you wish to cancel a service engagement before work has commenced, please contact us immediately. Cancellation requests are handled on a case-by-case basis. Once work has begun on your engagement, cancellation does not entitle you to a refund.
Disputes
If you have a dispute regarding a charge, we encourage you to contact us directly at hello@aristocratcapital.fund or call (469) 257-0667 before initiating a chargeback with your financial institution. We are committed to resolving any issues promptly and fairly.
Changes to This Policy
We reserve the right to update or modify this Sales and Refunds Policy at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting to this page. Your continued use of our services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
